Sub-processors
A "sub-processor" is a third party that processes personal data on TimberCloud's behalf to help us provide the service. We enter into data-processing terms with each one. Most are US-hosted, so engaging them involves an international transfer; we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and a Transfer Impact Assessment for those transfers.
Change notification
We keep the public list current. Customers with an executed Data Processing Addendum (opens in a new tab) can subscribe to change notifications and will be notified before we add or replace a sub-processor that handles their data.
