Getting Started

  1. Download the app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Log in with your existing TimberCloud account credentials
  3. Select your company if you have access to multiple companies
  4. Choose your location to filter data by warehouse or facility
  5. Start working — scan orders, receive inventory, inspect items, or manage deliveries

Permissions

The mobile app requires the following device permissions:

You'll be prompted to grant these permissions when you first use each feature.


Offline Support

The mobile app requires an internet connection to sync data with your TimberCloud account. Offline mode is planned for a future release.
