Archive Product

Archiving removes products from active listings while preserving historical data. Use archiving instead of deleting to maintain order history integrity.

Why Archive Instead of Delete?

Deleting products causes problems:

IssueImpact
Broken order historyPast orders lose product references
Missing reportsSales data becomes incomplete
Audit gapsFinancial records may be affected

Archiving solves these problems by hiding the product while keeping all data intact.
