PDFs — Document Template Builder
The PDFs area is a drag-and-drop builder for custom document templates. Instead of the standard quote or invoice layout, you can design your own page — arranging its blocks the way you want — and reuse it across your documents.

How it works
The PDFs page lists every template you've built, with the date each was created and last updated. From here you create new templates and open existing ones to edit.
Create a template
- Click Create New.
- Give the template a name (for example, "Deposit Invoice" or "Shop Traveler").
- Submit. TimberCloud creates the template and drops you straight into the page editor for it.
Edit a template
Click View Page next to any template to open it in the page editor. There you lay out the document — adding and arranging the blocks that make up the page — and save your work. You can also delete a template you no longer need from its editor.
How templates relate to your documents
These templates are custom document layouts you build and manage yourself. They live alongside your standard generated documents (quotes, acknowledgements, and invoices), giving you a place to design bespoke pages when the built-in formats aren't quite what you need.
Tip: For the everyday look of your quotes, acknowledgements, and invoices — font size, line numbering, attribute photos, terms and conditions — use the document options under Order Settings. The PDFs builder is for fully custom pages beyond those standard documents.
