The Shipping Dashboard

The Shipping dashboard is your fulfillment cockpit — one screen that rolls up every order in motion, so you can see what's ready to ship, what's on the way, and what's running late without opening orders one by one.

Availability: Included on Commerce and up (paid plans). It unlocks via Carrier Services — being on Production isn't required. On Production it simply appears nested under Shop. See Subscriptions & Plans.

Finding it

Where the dashboard appears depends on your plan and permissions:

  • Standalone menu — most shops see a top-level Shipping item (a truck icon) in the left navigation.
  • Under Shop — for Production users who also have the Shop floor suite, Shipping appears as a submenu under Shop → Shipping.

Either way it opens at the same place: /shop/shipping.

Note: If Shipping is greyed out or locked, your plan doesn't include Carrier Services — it's a paid-plan feature (Commerce and up). See Subscriptions & Plans.

Metric cards

At the top, clickable metric cards summarize your fulfillment at a glance — each jumps you to the matching tab:

CardShows
Pending ShipmentOrders ready to ship but not yet on their way
In TransitOrders currently moving toward the customer
Late ShipmentsOrders past their due date and not yet fulfilled

Tabs

The dashboard is organized into three tabs.

Pending Shipment

Orders that are ready to go out but haven't shipped yet. This is your daily to-do list: shop rates and book carrier shipments, or generate packing slips for orders you'll deliver yourself.

Deliveries

Orders in transit and awaiting delivery. For carrier and freight shipments, status updates arrive automatically and the order self-completes when tracking confirms delivery. For orders you deliver yourself — local delivery, pickup, own truck — you confirm them here: select orders and click Mark as Delivered to stamp the delivery date in bulk. See Self-fulfillment.

Late Shipments

Orders past their due date that aren't fulfilled yet — the queue to work down first. Carrier and freight orders can show as late while merely Shipped until tracking confirms delivery; self-delivered orders count as fulfilled once marked Shipped.

Working the dashboard

  • Filter and search — narrow by shipping method, or search by order number, customer name, or PO number.
  • Packing slip — generate a packing slip straight from a delivery row.
  • Open the order — jump into any order to shop rates, book, add a tracking number, or view its Shipping tab.

How it relates to the order

The dashboard is a cross-order view; the actual work still happens on each order's Shipping tab. Use the dashboard to spot what needs attention, then open the order to shop rates, book, or add tracking.
