Using Due Date Badges

Focus on orders marked Overdue first, then Due Soon.

Using Filters

  • In Progress tab — Resume partially completed inspections

Using Search

If you have a specific order to inspect, search by order number to find it quickly.

Partial Inspections

You don't need to complete all items in one session:

  1. Inspect the items you can
  2. Mark them as inspected
  3. Leave the app — progress is saved
  4. Return later to continue
  5. The order appears in the In Progress tab

Tips for Efficient QC

  • Quantity — Correct number of pieces

Documentation

For items that fail inspection:

  1. Use the web app to add notes or photos
  2. Update order status to reflect issues
  3. Communicate with production team
