Designer Jobs Report
The Designer Jobs report is a focused order list showing only the orders that started in the 3D Kitchen Designer. If your shop uses the Designer to lay out kitchens and turn them into orders, this is the one place to see all of that work together — separate from your general order list, which mixes designer jobs in with everything else.
Availability: Reports are a Build plan feature; the 3D Designer is also Build (with the per-role
designer-pagepermission). On Free and Commerce, opening Reports shows an upgrade prompt. See Subscriptions & Plans.
Accessing the report
Navigate to Reports → Designer Jobs from the main navigation. It loads every order that was created from a design in the 3D Kitchen Designer — see Design to Order for how a design becomes an order in the first place.
What's in the table
Each row is one designer-originated order. The columns are:

| Order | The order number |
| Customer | The customer the job is for |
| PO Number | The customer's purchase-order / job reference (shows "N/A" if none) |
| Status | Current order status as a color-coded badge (a "Quote" that hasn't been accepted shows as Quote Pending) |
| Station | Which production station the order is currently at |
| Products | A short summary of the products/cabinets on the order |
| Created | When the order was created |
| Net Total | Order value excluding tax |
| Tax | Tax charged on the order |
| Total | Order total, tax included |
The pencil button at the end of each row opens the full order so you can edit it, take a payment, or track it through production.
Filtering and search
The toolbar keeps things simple — this report is already scoped to designer jobs, so there's no "job type" control to worry about:
- Search — type an order number, customer name or PO number to narrow the list.
- Status filter — show only orders at a particular status (for example, just In Production or just Quote Pending).
Price masking
If your role does not include the View Prices permission, the Net Total, Tax and Total columns show a dash (—) instead of dollar amounts. This lets a builder or installer open Designer Jobs to see which kitchens are theirs and where each one is in production, without exposing the financials. Anyone whose role includes View Prices sees the real figures. See Working with Reports.
How it differs from the general order list
The main Orders list shows all orders and lets you filter by job type. Designer Jobs is a permanent, pre-filtered view of just the designer work — handy when a shop runs both catalog orders and kitchen designs and you want to review one stream at a time. Both use the same underlying order data, so a job you open from here is the exact same order you'd open from the Orders list.
