Shop Inventory Dashboard
The Shop → Inventory page is a location-based view of your stock health — a place to browse and filter what you have on hand across your shops. Reach it from Shop → Inventory in the left navigation.
Availability: Production plan and up. Tracking stock across multiple locations relies on multi-warehouse, also a Production feature. See Subscriptions & Plans.
Important: This dashboard is view-only. It shows you stock levels and low-stock warnings, but you don't edit quantities here. To change stock, edit it on the product attribute's option. See Inventory Management.
It renders the same shared Inventory Dashboard as the main Inventory area, so what you see here is consistent with the rest of the app — just reachable from the Shop.
KPI cards
Four cards sit at the top. Each is clickable and filters the grid below to match.

| Total Items | How many product options and addons are being tracked |
| Categories | Number of distinct categories |
| Low Stock | Items at or below their reorder threshold |
| Total Stock | Quantity on hand, broken out by inventory unit (for example "1,250 Quantity", "480 Square Feet") |
Browsing and filtering
- Location Selector — view a single shop or All Locations combined.
- Search — by item or category name.
- Stock-level filter — All / In Stock / Low Stock / Out of Stock.
- Category filter — narrow to one category (including "Product Addons").
- View toggle — switch between grid cards and a table list.
Click any item to open a detail modal showing its quantities per location and per inventory field, along with low-stock thresholds and when each record was last updated.
Where the numbers come from
Two sources feed this dashboard:
- Product option inventory — stock tracked on the options of a product's attributes (for example each "Wood Type" or "Color"), per location and per inventory field (Quantity, Square Feet, Linear Feet, and so on).
- Product addons — standalone add-on items, tracked as a simple quantity.
Editing stock
You don't change quantities on this dashboard. Stock is edited where it's defined — on the product attribute's option — and inventory settings (fields, thresholds) are configured in Product Settings. See:
